40th Annual Midnight Madness tonight! We know parking can seem a challenge, so here’s a run down of where to go! Lot D, directly behind us will likely fill fast, skip that and go straight to Lots F & G (behind The Wine Bin, there is a new walk way for Main St access), or the HoCo Circuit Courthouse. There is a shuttle sponsored by our friends @sucasafurniture. How to get there? We recommend taking Route 40 to Rogers Ave. Follow Rogers Ave around until it turns into Courthouse Dr and follow the road to the Courthouse. Parking is on the right. From there you can catch the shuttle or walk the staircase behind @ellicott_mills_brewing_company. Lots F&G take Route 40 to Rogers and make a left onto Ellicott Mills, drive around the “This road is closed sign,” and lots F &G will be on the left. We look forward to seeing you! I’m so proud of our Front of House staff for their preparation, level-headedness, and top-notch service, even on one of our busiest days of the year. Chef Michel’s kitchen staff was fantastic as always. My job is much easier when I have a great group of people on which to rely. From all of us at Tersiguel’s, we hope you and yours had a wonderful holiday. It’s time to look ahead to Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve - we’re already picking up reservations for each! We are overwhelmed this Thanksgiving! It’s been a year of defeat, weakness, anger and grief. It’s been a year of love and triumph. We are so thankful for our Tersiguel family, near and far. We wouldn’t be here without you. Happy Thanksgiving!

A little morning poultry prep with Chef Michel (@chef_tersiguel on Twitter). After 30+ years of butchering chicken he's pretty fast. Though he says he is only going half speed ;-).

Winter is officially here in historic Ellicott City!

Chef Michel has a wonderful special planned for this evening: Pan roasted Monkfish filet paired with a crispy local soft shell crab, tomato risotto with pea coulis flavored with mint from our garden.

Today's Special: Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Spring stew of mussels, Chioga beets, peas, & brussel sprout leaves. Absolutely delicious!

This week is not only our 22 year anniversary of opening our doors, but chef Michel has revealed his new Fall menu to rave reviews! Check out the presentation of our new "Soupe de Poisson Bretóne" a play on a traditional Bretagne style fish soup made with whole Butterfish, a galley of herbs and spices, garnished with Swiss cheese, toasted croutons and a drizzle of "rouille". It is absolutely amazing!!!!
